We are happy to announce that ‘The Great Caerphilly Cheese Heist’ has been chosen by our Director and our Executive Producers from Caerphilly Arts Development as the pitch we are commissioning to become this years LCC production.
The shortlisted pitches were sent to an industry panel who gave feedback and points to their top three, then points were allocated to all ten of the shortlisted pitches by our Director and executive producers, script development officer and our friends at Screen Alliance Wales.
The industry panel feedback and points totals were used to influence the decisions of our director and executive producers who had the final say on which pitch was commissioned.
We gave The Mountain by Dan Kiss our Highly Commended award, and gave Honourable Mentions to The Girl on the Hill by Caelyn O’Reilly, Y Castell by Niamh Falloon, and Breaking Kayfabe by Cole Clarke.
